There are no handicap rooms available, but we parked in front of our room on ground floor in a handicap parking spot.馃     Very clean room! No carpeting which is a plus. Refrigerator and microwave worked. No coffee maker which was not needed nor did I ask for one. Dish TV. Had a peaceful nights鈥檚 sleep in the little town of Quartzite. This is a small motel in number of rooms and was filled.馃     Friendly staff, clean rooms. Worth the extra price. Beds are really nice. The color and decor of the room was fantastic. Water is drinkable, even the showers have good water pressure. For the location of this place we couldn't ask for more.馃     Management was polite n accommodating... rooms were clean n quiet... parking was right outside the room

The bartender was fantastic! He was really on top of everything. I really enjoyed shock top on tap, and the cheesesteak was absolutely top notch. The sound system wasn't the best, and the decor could use an update, but it was quaint, and our group had a really good time. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood.馃 This is the motel to stay at if you are on a budget and it is better than most!馃 Coolest place to get a beer in Quartzsite. Great and friendly staff.馃 A yacht club in the middle of the desert, who knew. From inside it feels like there is a marina outside. People are very nice the food is good, and they have live music. I love it.馃 Nice people, good food and cold beer! What more could you ask for!馃 Small portions, overpriced and flat beer not recommended.馃 It was Great there. The people are great people. The food is gooooood.

Rv Parks

Full hook-ups. Showers and laundry. Plus clothes lines in the back of main building. Community room is very nice. East access from the highway with low noise. Pet friendly. Big rig friendly.     馃 Arizona Sun RV Park is a 55+ facility with 134 double-wide, full service, 50-Amp spaces. Coin-operated laundry is provided. The restrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is distanced from busy highways and streets for quietness but is only a few blocks from downtown.    馃 The park was nice for a stay in the desert, the night were cold but not the parks fault, the park was well laid out and had the amenities one would expect for this kind of park- what I mean is most people dry camp so having 50amp full hook up is always nice. Other than the ATVs at all hours wizzing by it was nice, and since the ATVs are in the right place and maybe I am in the wrong place not having an ATV - Everyone was nice including the staff - the price felt a bit high but then so was the time of year - supply and pay the demand . But great stay as it was pricey compared to others but we and the dog were comfortable. The best part was we were in walking distance to the local dog park - score!

Nice clubhouse. 2 washer/dryer combo...one set not working. Satellite TV in the pool table room, with comfortable couch. Beautiful shower (will add pic). Small convience store open when management is present. Building has outdoor lighting bright enough to light a path to the end of park (dimmer further away from office/clubhouse.) Back-in sites are further away from sound of semi trucks parking on vacant lot across from RV park. Still hear them, except when a/c fans are on. Excellent price with electric included (park is connected to large solar panels). Current manager is pleasant.     馃 The "resort" is in the middle of a parking lot, and right next to a truck stop and there's no shade or trees, but very cheap and electric is included, it's a great place to stop and rest overnight but the internet is spotty If you don't have satellite, get a hotspot

Very plain RV park with NO shade! Used our Passport America membership. Friendly service.    馃 This place was the worst place ever!! The manager and the camp host drink from the time they get up until they go to bed. The manager Patty is very snooty! I used the clubhouse to make my coffee every morning and the camp host dumped it out on me twice before I could even get my husband a cup. I didn't feel welcomed at all. Don't even attempt to pull in after dark because that's not allowed!! I will not be back!! Ever!! If I could rate 0 star's, I would!!

I'd give 5 stars except for one issue, which I describe below. The campground is small but well maintained and clean. The location is conveniently located providing easy access to all area attractions via car or walking. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the location of the annual RV and Travel show. We walked it several times.    馃 I had one small issue with my experience. During the initial registration process Vince took a photo of my driver's license without notifying me that he was doing so. He simply asked to see my ID. I didn't realize it until he had already taken the picture. In the four months I've been traveling full-time, this was the first time I've experienced this. He explained that it was his way of recording guest's personal info in the event that a guest causes damage. My recommendation to Vince is that he record personal data of guests using a form similar to most other campgrounds and only record vehicle info, name and address. Storing driver's licenses and photo IDs on a non-secure phone is a bit risky. Vince did say he removed the photo after I requested he do so via a text message, but I was not able to verify that he did.    馃 Very affordable clean park. Will definitely be back. Owner was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for your Quartzsite stay. The owner also took a picture of my ID for emergency purposes, when we checked out I simply asked him to delete the pic of my ID and watched him do it.    馃

They were awesome, tried to make it through Cali then home Tucson in one day (a Sunday). Traffic was so bad in California that it took hours. I was so tired, my wife called this RV park and they went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you.    馃 I am a member of Bus Conversion Road Travelers, Thank you for your hospitality. Super nice folks in the office. Loved the use of clubhouse. Ed & I will see you again.    馃 Pretty cheap to live here. Needs a pool, and some improvements. Nice people, lots of events to keep you busy. Very quiet in the off season. Cruddy city water, they used to have a functioning well here, owner won't spend to improve the place.    馃 As of 3/1/2020 we have new owners, same folks that now own Tumbleweed and Hassler.

Absolutely lovely people, especially Elizabeth. However, only good for small and medium RV's and 5th-wheels. If you are 36' and above, especially with slideouts, you might seek another Passport America park.馃     Fantastic people! Stopped in for one night with 32 ft class c with 2 slides, very accommodating folks, extremely nice & beautiful landscaping. Will absolutely be stopping here again next time we come through. Thank you for a GREAT night's rest!!馃     Started coming to Quartzsite in 1985. My parents loved Quartzsite and were long time visitors, and finally made Desert edge their winter residence sometime in the 90s. I retained their tradition after their passing and have been a winter resident of Desert edge for the past 11 yrs. This has always been an outstanding park with great managers and friendly residents.     馃 It is a great place to spend a night, a week or longer. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Plenty of room here. Monthly $250. And up. Pay electric. Full hookups. 30 amp. Just the basics, for a very good price. Fairly new owners. No homeless going thru. Very nice and helpful office staff. Live here or just visit. Yes, some trees also.馃     Not a great place in either park. We were actually across the road. The man was nice. Nothing around to visit. Abandoned trailers in lot directly across. Looks like the world forgot it.馃     The price is right at $250. Water pressure on the low side at 30#s. WIFI in the park supplied by Fastnet is almost non-existant. It's redeeming value we're a group of winter residents at a pitfire.

Really enjoyed our last minute Stay at this park last night. The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating and the park and the restroom were very clean! It was easy to pull in and easy to hook up (by the way, we only saw two dogs and they were on leashes. Our cat, which we had on the leash, felt pretty safe there.)馃     Best Rv park to stay in traveling through. Very friendly and helpful staff. Full hook ups. Washing machine and dryer鈥檚. Clean bathhouse. Very Quiet. Right off interstate 10. We would stay here again.馃     We needed a one night spot to park our motorhome in the 100 degree weather and this was perfect. We had great service from the staff and the electric 50 Amp hookup had great voltage. We'll be back again.

Very nice well kept place , laundry facilities open 24/7 and clean, quiet, and very accessible to what you need in town ... also a barber shop which was very nice highly recommended to anyone permanent or just by the night.馃     The owner and his dog were very nice and helpful. Stayed in a nice trailer I rented. Nice experience. Thank you. Linda馃     I guess it may be an rv park as well, but they sell EVERYTHING... I MEAN EVERYTHING! You need poles to make a tent... they have it, a frying pan... yep, clothes... of course... shoestring, an ebike, rugs, kitchen appliances, setup tables 馃     It has been the best place I stayed at so far. 24/7 laundromat with clean washers and dryers. And the management has been beyond helpful for me.馃     I spent this past winter (2021-2022) at La Mirage. I found the park to be quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient. The other residents friendly without being intrusive.馃     Vince, the owner and Tom were quick to offer help when needed. Although, I never had any issues they responded to phone calls promptly. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The warm greeting I got from the manager Heather when I pulled up was awesome. It made me feel instantly at home. Its clean, and affordable. The pool is a plus too its small but very clean and inviting.. I plan on staying . The clubhouse has everything you need to relax, unwind and have fun with Friends.馃     This is hands down the best park in Quartzite, I come to town every year for business and relaxation so ive stayed at most parks and none come close. The laundry and clubhouse are always kept clean, there's nice lounge area, kitchen, pool馃 Friendly and helpful staff. Pool felt amazing especially when it hit 115掳 the other day. Great clubhouse to use 24 hrs with kitchen access.

I know nothing about the park. But the man was adamant against old RVs. I know people worth a Million Dollars that drive older RVs. Why are we treated like criminals and scumbags because we prefer older models?? They cost less but are built better. When maintained they run great. This is unfair discrimination and bias for no rational reason. "Somebody might abandon it" he says. Well should I be punished and judged for what someone else did? 馃     This place was so nice for 2 weeks, it was clean and pleasant as it was kinda slow and people were more rolling in and out for the time we stay. The hosts were so friendly, the campsite was well decorated in desert landscaping and it was quiet, it had full hookups at every site and the internet was good. The puppy was happy with his stay as were we - seem to have a malfunction of photo storage because I can鈥檛 find many photos and I guess that is my thing.

Reopened with new management.     It's close to town (walking distance)but still feel like you're in the desert. Its kept as clean as possible. The bathrooms and showers are a great plus if you dont have your own rv.The dumpster gets over full but that is not the host's problem. That's the owners for not allowing it to be dumped more and us campers knowing that it's full and not taking it else where.馃     Out in the middle is the desert. Imagine the people who need, want or do live out here. Completely seasonal. 100 days of 100+ degrees night and day. PANDAMIT has changed everything we need to see the good changes. It's hard but not impossible... Lots of changes in quartzite.馃     Didn't stay here but we used their water fill and dump 3 times. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price is a little high. $25 to fill and dump. However the facilities are nice, new, clean and functioning so worth paying for.

This is a family run campground and they were accommodating to my request for a site not near the road and let us check out a few minutes late. You won鈥檛 find a pool, spa, playground etc., just a clean park with a clubhouse and laundry . Be sure to bring quarters for the showers ( .25 for every two minutes). You will be just a few minutes from the shopping and restaurant areas but without the traffic and noise.馃     Very friendly place. We really enjoyed staying here for 8 day's. They have activities scheduled if you want to participate. Even some meals. That cost just a little. Definitely recommend this place. The only down fall that I could find was their dog walk is small. But clean. Thank you we had a great experience馃     The people that are running the place are very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed dealing with them. We drove along main street in Quartzite and saw all kinds of RV parks that were crowded with very small spaces. We're so glad we found Quail Run RV park on google and came here instead of any of the other places we drove by,' The spaces have full hookups and most of them are drive through. Each designated space is about double the width of what you see at other parks. The host escorted us to our site and helped guide us in. The laundry room, bathrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. The only thing I wish they had more of is shade trees! Thanks Quail Run RV!

Needed a place to stay for one night. Mike was most accommodating and even came out to the street to guide our rig into the spot. He also offered to dump our trash. Rates extremely affordable. We definitely recommend!馃     While out on BLM after dark we had battery issues. I called a few places, but got no answers. Mike answered, and realized we were in a bind and let us stay and plug in last minute. We were thankful for him! He was very nice and flexible with us.馃     It鈥檚 a small park with level spots. Off the main road so it was a quiet night. Definitely recommend if you鈥檙e in the area.馃     What a great quiet beautiful place to stay! We are so impressed with the hospitality from Mike and family here! This was the best choice we made to stay here! We will be returning soon! Close to everything but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of too many people!

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria in the office was really nice and helpful and we got to meet Johnson and visit for a little bit, he is a very soft spoken, kind gentleman. The campground is kinda close to the highway, but we got used to it and didn鈥檛 mind. I actually loved it by the end of the month. The sound helped me sleep better. The sites have full hookups and are big rig friendly. They also have a nice little hot tub with warm water and was very clean, and a place to wash your car or rv! Very happy with their amenities and would definitely go back again, and we plan to! Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one馃     I was a snowbird here for three years and then spent my first full year through the summer this year. The residents are kind, inviting and deserve a safe place to reside. If you are staying less than a week, you should have no problems as the short-term spots are clean and away from the full time resident area. When I first started coming, the place had a few cluttered places, but overall the fruit trees were beautiful and the park was well-kept. Over the course of four years, I have watched an old park become a slum. The roads are filled with potholes and large gravel making it difficult and unsafe for seniors and disabled people to walk. The shower in the ladies bathroom has been in the process of being "re-done" for over a year.

Holiday Palms RV Park

I can鈥檛 say enough what a wonderful place this is! I had amazing customer service from the moment I arrived late and after hours. I was greeted warmly by the office staff and assisted by maintenance to get parked and set up. My site was immaculate, neighborhood very quiet and as I started meeting the neighbors and staff everyone was friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, showers, laundry and kitchen spotless. They even have a car wash and daily trash pickup! I drove through 7 other places in the same price range and I wouldn鈥檛 stay anywhere else in Quartzsite!馃     This is Avery nice, well managed and maintained RV park. The jacuzzi spa was especially welcome after a long day on the road! Wifi worked great although not free. Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Definitely one of the best RV park experiences we've had! Thank you HP !

Nice place with good owners that are responsible and stay on top of things. Nothing but positive comments to say.馃     Very clean and quiet park. Love it馃     My friend lives here. Clean and quiet.

This park was very clean and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly and greet you throughout your stay..They are very accommodating. They have a laundromat and restaurant right next door and their park is in walking distance of grocery stores, post office, and other restaurants. I would highly recommend this park to any snowbird coming to town馃     Very friendly. Clean.馃     Great rv site

Definitely will be returning!馃     Visiting a friend. Park is very clean and roomy.馃     If they had laundry facilities. I would give it 5 stars. They are working on it so, soon I hope.馃     Excellent rv park. Big lots. Concrete wall around it. New electrical & plumbing. Very nice place. Highly recommend even without laundry facilities.馃     We stayed over two months.馃     Great Park Great friendly people馃     OMG Jose was so nice and polite. Highly recommend.馃     Great place staff is very polite courteous friendly and helpful

Very nice comfortable place to stay. It seems to attract really nice people. The couple that we're taking care of the park in-between one manager leaving and a new one coming in were extremely nice and helpful. The park is kept very clean.馃     Very clean and people were very friendly. Loved our site #40 nice shade over the concrete pad. We will be back.馃     Great place to stop for a night or a season. Friendly staff, clean grounds and right in the best part of the city for walking. The management treated us like we were family and the campers like to meet and converse as well馃     We stayed for one night traveling through. Sheri could not have been nicer and accommodated us in a spot we could pull through with 50 amps. A necessity since it was 93 outside when we got there. The residents were very friendly and other campers were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again if we are going through.

Very nice friendly people at this park. Conveniently located on the Main Street close to the delicious pizza place and close to grocery and gas. We broke down and they accommodated us for four nights. There are cool metal artworks throughout the park that light up at night.馃     They do have WiFi, it's slow but not worth complaining about. Shower is coin operated but worth the $1 and being a woman it lasted for me. Everyone we have met have been very nice. The lights at night are amazing.馃     Stayed here over Christmas and New Years these people are out of this world friendly it was a wonderful place to be for the holidays we'll definitely stay here again and again馃 This is a decent RV park in Quartzite AZ. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are several long term residents here. I only spent one night here so I don't know much else. These sculptures we're all made by Mr. Hassler back in the day. Many are made from welded horseshoe's.

Been staying at JR'S for years good management and great people.馃     So clean!! And friendly management and residents. The negative reviews aren't about this park, there isn't a pool, hasn't ever had one. Just a clean bathroom with shower, laundry room and club house with lots of fun activities. When they say "friendly park" they mean it!! Oh and lots of Jam's, dances, and activities! Edit.... I don't know why it says site 30, it should be the main office or the main Park?馃     Love it! Clean, Well kept. Fantastic managers. Dances, Bingo, Wii bowling, cards etc as well as holiday meals and ice cream socials. Great neighbors. Very friendly.馃     Marlyn the manager is very nice. The clubhouse has music a couple times a week. Church on Sunday night's. Bingo Tues and Thurs. Showers are very big. People are very friendly.

This is a very quiet RV Park, there is a laundry amenity, a 20 min walk away from Main Street, very reasonable management & business owners. Jenny will work with you professionally & personally. Call!馃     It wasn't much of an experience. Some of the trailer were gutted and uninhabitable. Didn't look to be in a good area of Quartzsite.馃     I rented a room for some friends if mine. The floor was rotten, the heater didnt work. It was clean. Managers were very nice. I rented the room because I know them. They are the,Lavasseurs and are wonderful. But the owner, Jenny Mills is a slum lord, who works managers to death. Beware of tenting here. It is a horrible place since managers left.馃     I moved here last week. It's an older park with a new manager who is so nice. Only 12 lots, and very quiet. I like it here. Convenient to town and the freeway.馃     I'm happy here.

NEW OWNERS. NO LONGER HAS TENT SITES.馃     Great place Liz thank you for your great info fun speaking with you over the phone. Very beautiful and peaceful. Dena thank you for checking us in and let us look around for a great spot. We love it and our kids do too. Over all great customer service thank you馃     This place is amazing!! Bingo on Tuesday evenings, movie night on Saturdays, tea party on Sunday's. This place is so much fun and the managers are awesome! We met so many great people and made many friends. We will definitely be back again! We're going to miss everyone!! Love you guy's and have a great summer y'all!

The owners and manager are a delight and other tenants are quite friendly! If you like being in the city but not right in the city this place is for you and I highly recommend Cousins Corner in Quartzsite!馃     There's not a whole lot I can say about this place. This is a snow bird town.馃     Roy and Carol are the best.馃     Nice park馃     Quaint馃     Friendly and quiet馃     large spaces

They let go the wonderful managers Joe and Tracy. They were the best. Will not stay there now.馃     Have stayed 4 winters, love it. Fantastic owners and managers. Best long term sites in the area.馃     I have just spent a week at Split Rail RV Park and I can鈥檛 say enough good things about it! I came from Montreal Canada and the managers here, as well as my fellow travellers have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. If I had the time I鈥檇 stay longer but the road is calling me back home. Fresh coffee available every morning and activities every day really fostered the feeling of community. If the universe allows for it I鈥檒l see you next year! Thanks for the great experience馃     We full time RV and this is one of the better parks in the country. Very clean safe park with lots of activities and some of the friendliest people you can meet. Park managers are awesome, professional customer service oriented to a T. We have stayed here 3 winters running for a combined 13 months.

Park owner is a great guy who goes above and beyond to help others. Helped me when I was in a jam when he wasn't obligated to. It's also a clean and quiet place to live.馃     Simple, quiet park with no amenities and no age restrictions. The owner, Will, is attentive without being overbearing. Neighbors are nice and rent is cheap.馃     The park is under new ownership and management. It is a comfortable park to live in.馃     I live here full time.. No problems... Good neighbors馃     Who's the New owners if it's not to much trouble to ask馃     Great location for sure! Comfortable park!!

Didn't stay at the park but the locals were having an art show fundraiser for charity, a local food bank for the poor. Everyone there was friendly and there were some nice looking pieces on display. Oh, and there was free coffee and cookies too.馃     Awesome place to park your RV while in Arizona. Top notch community of people, imho. The RV park is well managed plus there is a cozy cafe on-site called Mountain Quail Cafe with a mouth watering menu. If you can get a spot at this Arizona RV Park then luck is with you!馃     Our 3rd winter here. Great park. Very spacious spaces. Very well kept. Lots of activities. Close to off road trails. Owners Steve & Pat are so wonderful & helpful. Everyone is very friendly. We love staying here. And walking distance to the Cafe for some good home cooking!馃     I came to Quartzsite for 6 months. I've lived here for 8 years now. I like the small town feel in the summer combined with the busy "tourist town" winters. Lots of ATVing right in my backyard.馃     Great park, close to all the activities around town. Clean shower and laundry facilities. Spacious RV sites. Friendly and helpful owners. Couldn't ask for a better spot to spend the winter!

I absolutely love this RV park! It's dog friendly and all of the residents here including the owner are very friendly and helpful.馃     This is my Mother's RV Park so I have to give it 5 stars, but even if it wasn't, I will still give it 5 stars. Very quiet, good neighbors, and a very affordable price. And they like dogs.馃     First time in Quartzsite, the land lady (Lyn), you could not ask for a more friendly and very helpful person, they are the best. Hoping to return for many years to come. Place is very clean, neighborhood very Quiet.馃     Love it here. The owners are very nice and friendly. Quiet small Park馃     Wonderful rv park , the people who run it are excellent馃     That is good place to say have good people here

I don't recommend this park due to the way the management ( people in yellow house on next property ) run it. If they aren't drunk fighting and yelling at each other, she is enabling rumors about tenants to get her way.馃     Hi Jolly RV Park is open under new owners. Please disregard previous poor reviews and join us to see all the good changes that have been made.Quiet friendly park walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thank you.馃     I love Hi Jolly Park. I love the Mountains. I love living here!馃     Surrounding is to noisy馃     Nice people love this place

Quiet and management is a plus here. Very pet and kid friendly.馃     Nice and quiet. Manager is DANA BEST EVER. PARK IS GREAT馃     The owner and manager are two great Ladies. A great place for a week, a month or a year. Friendly people live throughout the park, and there's lots of camaraderie.馃     We actually stayed at the other place the sister park that's literally right down the road and equally nice, clean and friendly very much enjoyed our stay.馃     I have 2 friends who live there and I've received nothing but smiles and waves馃     Love it here its quiet the owner is really nice I've really enjoyed my time here馃     Some people have alot of vehicles, and junk. "My Secretary" has a Nice little business in this RV Park

Only one spot left. Wonderful small, owner operated park. The owner is friendly and helpful. Common areas include clotheslines, washer dryer on the honor system. An upright freezer for your "overflow". Barbeques and a large seating area. Beautiful zeroscape with native plants. Reasonable rates even for January.馃     Staying here for the winter. Great views. Best RV Park I have ever stayed in.馃     Great experience and very nice folks.馃     Clean and neat馃     The property and owner are absolutely wonderful.

I live here full time. Great neighbors and awesome park for RVs and mobile homes. 61 co-op owned lots.馃     Very nice retirement park. All the folks are very friendly and they have lots of activities to-do. Wonderful variety of things going on to keep anybody happy.馃     Nice well kept place...cute neighborhood馃     Great place to live and nice people that live here.馃     Very clean.well lay out.馃     Quiet, beautiful and nice people.馃     Old people with way to many rules

Very nice park, they keep it very clean. The office is very nice and clean and the laundry room is very nice. To bad they didn't have laundry soap dispenser. Over all I will go back again if I'm in the area.馃     The owners of this establishment seem to be cold-hearted, selfish, and unlawful individuals who have no compassion or kindness within.馃     Full RV HOOKUPS. Very quiet. Except for stop & go drivers at the corner stop sign. Kids on motorcycles doing wheelies.馃     The poster above should not spread "gossip" about a place. Tews Date Palm as well as Tews are some of the nicest in town ... Wonderful Hospitality , Potlucks , Music and Card Making classes. Away from the freeways noise and most of the bustle during winter. Yet still in town so you have access to everything. For those who ride razors or other off road, Tews is with a couple of blocks from he main desert roads leading out to the old mines etc.馃     Very well kept. Lots of amenities.

Brand new park, not sure if it will be open for the 2024 winter season. the review rating on google was for the are that occupied this land before, also called rice ranch.

this is an older RV park. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the grounds and buildings need some improvement, but we are being assured new management will get things done.. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Recommended.馃     Just visited a friend there, but it seemed nice, right next to Q mountain and easy access and walking distance to food and shops.馃     At least 1 person in your group must be 55 years old or more.!!! I finally stopped in to get information on rates, rules, etc. I Never did find a manager the office said open but no one there, no lights on. There was a rate sheet laying out that indicated 2018 rates were $2005 for the year for a full hook up RV lot.馃     Some of the many transient RV spaces were fully fenced with the RV a permanent fixture of thier private space that included sheds, outside living spaces and some custom outdoor kitchens. It appears some people here enjoy outdoor living year round. Most of the RV spots were empty as winter was done summer temps on their way.馃     It is very conveniently located to town, the freeway, the Colorado River, casinis, gold prospecting and more. It is aclean park with nice amenities, pool, clubhouse, some activities in the winter. I am definitely considering this as a permanent home for my 55+ years

Friendly family feel. Had a great visit with my Mom. Manager was helpful and very informative of the area. I would stay here again.馃     Yard sale detail, clean place, nice except for those that park in the driveway and browse yards ales uckers馃     Awesome park super friendly people. Down to earth!馃     Very nice people, friendly and helpful.馃     Awesome place to retire too馃     Greatest people around.馃     Manager and owner are wonderful folks!

Friendly and spacious. Good place to just drop in off the road.馃     I spent 2 months there last year. Best rates around. They don't jack up the rates for winter. Great friendly people. Many activities. Everyone is wio to help one another. I owe them more than they could realize. Through another guest I met the woman of my dreams馃     RV park in the Northwest end of town, mostly seasonal, has 9 hole desert golf course across the street from the park.馃     Nice older park, gravel roads, 30 amp service ,Great people in park. The clubhouse called (the BARN) Have dinners on holiday, karaoke Friday night & ? Saturday night, poker games, had fun games. One pet welcome . Pay electricity & water, great rates!馃     I have a space in TEWS RV Park next to Desert Dog Rancho...It is 2 miles from downtown Quartzsite..though the 95 is 1/2 mile away it is very quiet...very little light pollution for star gazing...we have many desert species of wildlife...the people are friendly and help each other willingly...it is a great location for a homebase

Went into the game store talked to a really nice lady running the store. They had the rates on the board and are really reasonable. If you a winter snow bird looking for full hook ups and next to the Tyson wells activities this is the part to stay at. I'm sure It gets filled up so give them a call and see what they can do for you. Found some cool items, friendly people The day had gotten a bit windy so some vendors had closed for the afternoon. Still, there was plenty to see. Loved the gem n mineral show!

This place is New and has not opened yet. The reviews are for the old park that was here also called Rice Ranch. It is yet to be seen if they will open for the 2024 season.

Cactus patch is now under new management and they are doing a great job and very efficient. I've been here over a year and we've seen some hard times but with these new people I think we will be a great park.馃     The place is quite and clean. I heard the war stories about it from the past. They have new owners and manager. It's came a long way and just keeps getting better馃     Near enough to everything to walk... ...far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Good folks all round.馃     Nice, quiet, affordable, with fun people.

Gold Star is a quiet senior community 20 miles from Blyth just a ways over the Arizona border. Folks own the land collectively. The lots are clean and reflect the owner's personal taste. I recommend this park for a great winter getaway. So much to do in Quartsite in the winter. 馃     Friends from Canada bought a place there! It's nice and quiet from what I seen. Easy access to i-10馃     Great people live here. I love this place.馃     They best thing about this park the streets are paved, an reasonable living馃     Wonderful facility with clean streets and beautiful views.

I reach out to let the owner no that on the website it we have laundry and wifi but we are not able to use any of them one because manager what give out the password because it will slow down I want say why until I look More into it but I was told by an employee the reason and they have not fix the laundry room     馃The best drinking water here, for the best price. Great dump stations. Like a lot of people mentioned, no, they don't come out and just talk and be friendly. I think that's nice because I don't need company trying to dump my black tank or get water. They provide a great service at a very reasonable price. Have great amount of parking and turning space.馃     The only thing I don't like about this place is the fresh Reverse Osmosis water station location. Where it is set up it's hard to fill containers while in your truck's bed this is because of how busy it gets and the location of the dispenser馃     Quick and easy service. BUT buyer beware. Website showed their propane price. Called to confirm price and was assured the website price was correct. When we arrived on the same day, the price was different. Just double check to make sure you are getting the right price..

Pattie's RV Park and Propane

Patties is a hidden gem in the desert. Was here a few years ago and quickly noticed all the improvement that have been made. Was not left waiting when I pulled up and was greeted with a smile, and then invited to use their new laundry room and it' far and away the nicest and cleanest option in town. It's nice to see people who REALLY CARE about the quality and services they are providing. Thanks again guys, I will be refilling with you all season long !馃     We have been wintering near Quartzsite for 2 years and getting our propane tanks filled at Patties since we arrived. The service we've received, and still do, has always been great. Devyn and his team are the best and always very friendly and accommodating no matter what happens to be going on. We met Tom last year and he such a great guy and fun to visit with and always remembers my name. We will be loyal customers at Patties RV and Propane whenever we are in the area, they're all fantastic and friendly every time we stop by. They always handle our propane bottles (tanks) with care and they make you feel like friends and not only customers. Keep up the great work!馃     Very friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy working with people.

Friendly small RV park great place during winter months...love the friends I met there馃     If I could this wouldn't be a 1 star it would be a negative million. Stay away at all cost. It's the worst RV Park in town. You are under surveillance every minute of everyday by the cameras. You are being stalked by the worthless manager. It's the highest priced for what you get for the money.馃     Nice place. Friendly staff. No amenities except large sites. Excellent rates and close to everything. Will definitely return.馃     I recently, moved into Happy J's,& i really love it here,it feels comfy, cozy, warm & toasty here, the people are amazing,& friendly馃     A good atmosphere with a friendly family type community feeling.Least expensive place in town. The park manager is particular about the quality of the tenants.馃     A very nice community of friendly people willing to share their experience and resources to help a newcomer to the RV community!
